Buenos Aires Plastic Surgery is an exclusive, boutique medical group founded and directed by Dr. Williams Erik Bukret in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 2006.

Dr. Bukret envisioned BAPS as a new type of patient/physician partnership. With the recognition that the Cosmetic Surgery field is an elective surgery came the realization that operative procedures can be highly customized to accommodate the needs and desires of the patient. Surgical methods can follow a standard, but be artistically augmented to accommodate the vision of both doctor and patient. This is the concept that sets BAPS apart from any other practice—the ability and eye of the physician, combined with the goals of the patient, cannot be recreated under any other circumstances. In other words, cosmetic surgery now achieves a level of personalization very few surgeons are willing to or capable of providing.
